We are becoming not only indebted to our future but also to criminal activities!

(BBanks) If the economy is so bad, and governments are propping up economies with greater debt loads, where is all the money going?

Who exactly is benefiting from all this largese? Are we just mortgaging our future so that a few wealthy people/companies/families/gangs, (etc) hold us ransom for money that will never, can never, be paid?

Are we living so ‘high on the hog’ that we can’t afford to contribute meaningfully to our own future well-being?

Studies have shown that the underground ecomonies of drugs, sexual trafficking and bootleg ‘everything’ has grown so much that the money possessed by these crime rings can never be brought to the surface of taxation and social responsibilities.

We are becoming not only indebted to our future but also to criminal activities!

The legalization of everything is coming so that governments, that have robbed from the middle-class and poor for so long, cannot continue to overlook the wealth of drugs and sex, and the possible tax revenues, much longer.

Our future outlook is much worse than anyone can imagine!

(SNews) A clever burglar wa sapprehended as he made a common mistake… facing the security camera without a mask on seconds before he spray paints the lens to avoid detection… WHOOPS!

While it did take local police two days to track the man down, and his accomplices, it wasn’t until shown the evidence against him that the man, still unnamed at press time, confessed to the crime. He is facing multiple charges stemming from the arrest and is now free on a $500.00 bond pending trial.

Homeless man almost arrested for recycling 40lbs of copper pennies, flattened by trains.

(MidNews) A homeless man was almost arrested at a metal recycling plant as he was selling 40lbs of copper.

It seems that the homeless man (name unavailable) was turning in more than 40lbs of flattened pennies retrieved from alongside railroad tracks, and when the clerk at the metal recycling shop realized what the medal was and the police were called.

“There was no arrest” said Sgt. Flaherty, spokesman for Midtown PD “but the appropriate authorities were called before that decision was made”. An insider, that wished to remain anonymous, reported that the FBI and Treasury agents were also called in, as the copper was “currency, despite it’s present condition” and destruction is outlined as a crime in the federal statutes concerning currency.

It's unreasonable to expect anyone to still attempt to move their vehicle when booted.

(BANGOR) A respected lawyer (EDITOR: hehe) with more than 3 outstanding traffic tickets had his vehicle “booted” with the expectation that he would call the police, pay his outstanding fines, and get on with his life.

Denver Boot

Apparently, he decided to skip step one and two and just drive away, resulting in more than $400.00 damages to the boot and an undisclosed amount of damage to the lawyer’s vehicle.

When the boot is placed on a vehicle “A large orange poster is stuck to the vehicle’s windscreen to notify the driver that the vehicle has been ‘booted’ ” says Officer McLure, “so it’s unreasonable to expect anyone to still attempt to move their vehicle when booted”.

The state bar is also expected to investigate “possible criminal activity” since the damage to the “boot” caused when the unnamed lawyer attempted to drive away could be charged as “criminal mischief causing felony damage to state property”.

(YSK) A new study shows that women are more likely to be identity theft victims than men. While the LVNU study had more than 2,000 participants, with about 58% men, overwhelmingly the women were targeted more often for identity theft.

Burt Rather, LVNU

“It showed us that women, across all ages, were more often not returned their credit cards after a purchase, were more likely to have credit card information stolen and, as well, have bank accounts breached through online banking access” said Burt Rather, the study master at LVNU.

“Women did not show any worse spending and security habits but were more often the victims of these so-called “victimless crimes”.

The final study answers and stats will be revealed later this month and is expected to show that women cannot be trusted with financial and credit instruments.

Julie Williams released a statement today urging drivers to be on the lookout for car hijackers that are currently targeting the downtown east area parking lots. “We have had reports of two incidents that seem to be related,” said Sgt. Williams, “both victims had their ankles slashed by an assailant, or assailants, that were hiding under the vehicles. The cars were then stolen. The assailants were hiding underneath the vehicles, the drivers opened the car door and were then attacked. One victim suffered a severed Achilles tendon.” The police are said to be using target vehicles in the area in order to apprehend the suspects. There is a tipline being set up for information and a reward will soon be posted. Contact the police department if you have noticed anything that may be related to these crimes.
