Man blares horn to chase neighborhood kids off the street
(Pr0nNewsPa) A local man was arrested for public indecency after he blasted his neighborhood with a sexual act audio tape in an effort to chase the neighborhood kids of the street.
Although there is nothing illegal about the children playing outside, Michael Buck now faces felony charges resulting from his scare tactic.
